I chose the theme of exploring the world of Chinese cuisine because of its fascinating blend of flavors, rich cultural heritage and global appeal. In China, food is not just consumed to satisfy hunger. It's about promoting health, curing disease, and most importantly, building relationships between people and strengthening family values. Chinese cooking has long been a creative and personalized art. (Li, J. R., & Hsieh, Y. H. P.,2004) As a culinary enthusiast, I am attracted to the complexity and depth of Chinese cuisine. Through this community, my goal is to share the beauty of Chinese cuisine and explore its myriad flavors.
