After this week's study, we have gained an in-depth understanding of the responsibilities and knowledge of community managers, including their role positioning, responsibilities and skills required in community development. Through practical experience, I realized that community managers play a vital role in driving community development. They need to have good communication skills, organizational planning skills and problem-solving skills. Being a community manager requires not only a wealth of knowledge, but also firm and decisive leadership to play an active role in promoting positive interaction and personalized content. (Weintraub, M., & Litwinka, L. 2013).
In order to increase the community activity, I increased the interaction with members in the new week and posted according to their preferences. This effort has yielded significant results, with significant increases in views, likes and comments from our community. This further confirms the importance of positive engagement and personalized content for community development.
Through this week's study and practice, I have gained a deeper understanding of the mission and responsibility of community managers to take charge of daily operations, promote interaction between members, and ensure positive development and growth. I will continue to work to build stronger connections with our community members and continue to improve our community to ensure it provides valuable experiences and resources for all members. We are confident about the future and look forward to working together to create a vibrant community with a shared spirit (Ridings, C. M., & Gefen, D. ,2004).
